Week ago called 6 other companies with we won’t be able to come out until the morning. (This was during there business hours explained the emergency to every company I spoke with .. had no water pump was toast had a funeral to be at in the morning. Mike is super personable. Super knowledgeable went out of his way to come out immediately because I had an emergency situation. He then came out first thing today and replaced the system and the price was extremely reasonable. The system was installed by another company and they had zero customer service skills when I called them to let them know that their system was leaking all over my yard. My mother in law had a bladder tank fail , it was spitting water for air inlet and bouncing off and on. We called and left a message. My water pressure dropped super low this morning. To where it was hard to wash dishes or even take a shower. I called Mike and he was at my house within 15-30 minutes. He found the root of my problem. My water pump was bad as well as a burst pipe in my workshop. He placed a valve at the workshop so we could keep our water on until we can fix that issue later. He also replaced our water pump that was busted and wouldn’t keep pressure where it needed to be. Especially for it being a holiday weekend and such short notice his rates were very reasonable. Michael was excellent!! He came out within about 30 minutes after I called and found the problem with the pump quickly. He explained what was going on and also showed me what to do to release the extra water in the pump and put air in to flush it all out. A couple of old parts needed replacing so that was done and something never used was removed without charging me for that since he’d written the invoice and would not change it to cost that service out! Had a problem with our shallow well pump/motor. Was told by other well companies that I needed an entire new system. Michael came and diagnosed the problem as simply a bad capacitor and had us up and running within 20 minutes. Replaced the capacitor and water was flowing just as it always had been! I called the two main well and pump companies on the west side of the county after being informed by Micheal Brandt that I needed a foot valve on my well. Mike does not have a boom truck. One company did not want to do the job due to the age of the well. The other came the next day and pulled the drop pipes (40 ft.) and replaced the foot valve. while reconnecting the pump, they broke the casing. I had an extra Myers pump in the garage but they broke it also trying to connect it. Left me with no water that night saying they would return the next morning. They called the next morning telling me that my pump could not be repaired and I need a new well. I called the Micheal Brandt who showed up in 30 minutes, and 30 minutes after that I had water. Every word I say will probably not be enough to express the amazing experience we had with Mike the Pump guy. About two years ago my well pump needed repair and my pump guy I have used since 1989 (and totally trusted) passed away. His business closed and they had no one to refer me to. I procrastinated trying to find anyone else. Long story short it was time I reached out to a few pump companies. I believe anyone who meets him will understand what a quality human he is and quickly understand he knows his stuff!! We had a company out before we found him and they said we needed a new pump but couldn’t guarantee it would work and recommended drilling a new well!! Mike was relentless in finding the issue which meant locating where the well was (we didn’t know even owning the property since 1989). Through digging he quickly found it, brought the piping above ground to meet code and did some other stuff to make sure the pump didn’t have to work so hard to retrieve the water. Mike and Andrew are great. Highly recommend them. We came home from a trip to no water in the house. I called on Sunday. Mike texted me back within a couple of hours and said he would be out Monday. He spent time checking the pump and the bladder tank, which was bad. But there continued to be air in the system. He checked the well and it was fine. Walking across the front lawn he found damp soil. Some hole digging and he struck water (not Texas tea, darn it). A 5 inch tree root had pushed up and cracked the line from the well. A quick repair of the line and we are back in business. Mike has very good diagnostic skills and the service, which included a new bladder tank, was reasonably priced. I have so much going on and he was prayer answered.I'm so thankful that someone recommended me to Michael the pump guy because I had two places that one was barely had water running and one place had no water, so there had no ideal what to do so with that being said called and left a message and in no time he calls back, I was shock ed because it was getting late explain to him what was going on he said give be an hour and sure enough he was dead on it.
